Vocal cords vibrate as air pass through which then creates recognizable wave patterns that are used for speech
Electromagnetic waves are used much in the same fashion for communication between electronics
In a CPU core that uses EM WAVES instead of electrical circuits for communication the vocal cords are LED lights that vibrate at differing wavelengths of light
A quantum computer that uses EM waves in place of circuitry will have a spherical shape with sensors covering the inner wall of the sphere.
At the center of core will be its vocal cords made of led lights. The sensor covering inside wall of sphere will be tuned to different frequencies of EM waves
Each sensor can perform different function
This is how the QUANTUM COMPUTING EMR WAVE CPU will look and function
Additional cores are added by larger core sphere fitting over the previous core sphere

When using a word it might have a different meaning in a few languages. A EM wave length sequence ( is similar to words or sentences in the programming language I have designed) can mean something different in 10,000 languages
Just a few wave length sequences can contain a unbelievable amounts of information
